Our Substance Abuse providers focus on the mental and emotional treatment to support and help individuals to recovery.
Case Management
(Adult)
Case Managers provide support and assistance with adult individuals living with a serve and persistent mental illness by helping with necessary means of living. Support can include, accessing employment, education, housing, and social/medical services.

Our Case Managers give direct support to a family with children who have a behavioral health diagnosis. Families are assessed by the priority of the needs for the child and the family for the necessary means of living.
